Other than UPS Ground will be actual charges.


TERMS: Remittance with order is suggested. We accept DISCOVER, MASTERCARD and VISA. Checks are acceptable if you have an established record with us, otherwise order is held two weeks. We discourage COD's, but if customer requires it, there is a $7.50 COD charge and customer must specify one of these options: (1) UPS requires certified funds for the exact amount, no cash or checks accepted. (2) USPS, remitting by Postal Money Order.

BACKORDERS: Every effort is made to stock all listed titles. However, occasionally, we do run out while awaiting delivery from publishers. Unless customer's order specifies otherwise, we will backorder if shipment is expected within 6 weeks. Credit card will not be charged for backordered books until they are shipped. If original ordered qualified for free shipping, there will be no charge for shipping backordered item within the contiguous 48 states.

RETURNS: Books are returnable only if defective or if we have made an error. Please write or call for return authorization. In case of damage, carrier should be notified promptly as claim must start with carrier.

FOREIGN ORDERS: Remittance must be in U.S. dollars. Handling foreign orders is a very complex matter because of all the different agencies involved between shipper and customer, and because of various countries having differing regulations. To cover extra administrative costs, we must add a handling charge of $8.50 in addition to actual shipping charges.  Customer assumes all risks for factors not under our control.  Foreign customers should carefully consider shipping costs, transit times, import duties, availability of insurance, etc.
